Spring is finally here and it's time to get out and enjoy the trails at beautiful Maplewood State Park in Pelican Rapids, MN. Join Flugnir members and their Icelandic horses as we kick off the 2018 riding season!

Details:

Arrive Friday late afternoon, early evening, or Saturday as your schedule permits. If you are planning to camp, please make reservations by contacting the park at 218-863-8383.

Friday night: 6:30pm bonfire at Tolthaven Icelandics (15 minute drive from the park) with hot dogs and s'mores (bring a pack of hotdogs & buns to share), s'mores will be provided.

Saturday morning: 9am ride out at Maplewood State Park. We will divide into two groups: The Easy Riders (slower group) and The Speed Demons (fast group) so that everyone can enjoy the trails at their desired pace! Bring your own lunch. Lunch location TBD.

Saturday afternoon: Ride out between 1pm-2pm. We will divide into groups again depending on desired speed and length of ride.
